He ex\u00adplains: \u201cIn order to run a trans\u00adformer over load, we need a com\u00adpre\u00adhen\u00adsive pic\u00adture of its cur\u00adrent state of health\u2014otherwise, there is no way for us to mobi\u00adlize ther\u00admal reserves safe\u00adly. Har\u00adness\u00ading the full poten\u00adtial of a trans\u00adformer fleet for net\u00adwork con\u00adtrol means rec\u00adon\u00adcil\u00ading load and weath\u00ader fore\u00adcasts with the trans\u00adform\u00aders\u2019 state of health.
