It is an MR mag\u00adazine. \u201cI\u2019m going to work there when I grow up, dad!\u201d shouts the lit\u00adtle boy. His father smiles to him\u00adself. Fast-for\u00adward to the present day, and it turns out that Marce\u00adlo was right\u2014he is now Gen\u00ader\u00adal Man\u00adag\u00ader at MR Brazil, where he heads a team of 75 employ\u00adees.

The MR sub\u00adsidiary in Brazil is sit\u00adu\u00adat\u00aded around 20 kilo\u00adme\u00adters from the metrop\u00ado\u00adlis of S\u00e3o Paulo, a city with 12 mil\u00adlion inhab\u00adi\u00adtants. In 1980, MR acquired its premis\u00ades on the out\u00adskirts of the city and opened its first sub\u00adsidiary out\u00adside Ger\u00admany. \u201cOur pri\u00adma\u00adry focus is on the Brazil\u00adian mar\u00adket, although we also serve a num\u00adber of key cus\u00adtomers across South and Latin Amer\u00adi\u00adca,\u201d explains da Cos\u00adta. The site\u2019s prox\u00adim\u00adi\u00adty to S\u00e3o Paulo, Brazil\u2019s finan\u00adcial cen\u00adter, is ide\u00adal thanks to near\u00adby air\u00adports and excel\u00adlent access to the free\u00adway. MR Brazil is now fac\u00ading its biggest chal\u00adlenge yet: gain\u00ading a foothold in the trans\u00adformer ser\u00advice busi\u00adness. By deploy\u00ading what the sub\u00adsidiary calls oil rigs\u2014trucks that have been spe\u00adcial\u00adly equipped instead of kit\u00adted out for trans\u00adformer oil treatment\u2014da Cos\u00adta is aim\u00ading to offer his cus\u00adtomers an all-inclu\u00adsive pack\u00adage for main\u00adte\u00adnance and ser\u00advic\u00ading.<\/p>\n

To boost its vis\u00adi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty in the trans\u00adformer ser\u00advice pre\u00admi\u00adum seg\u00adment, MR also relies on coop\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtion with major play\u00aders in the ser\u00advice indus\u00adtry. \u201cIt\u2019s a win-win sit\u00adu\u00ada\u00adtion,\u201d states da Cos\u00adta. \u201cWe obtain in-depth insights into the trans\u00adformer ser\u00advice busi\u00adness and our part\u00adners ben\u00ade\u00adfit from our exper\u00adtise in tap chang\u00aders.\u201d<\/p>\n
