The sale of MR prod\u00aducts is just one pil\u00adlar of the sub\u00adsidiary. Trans\u00adformer ser\u00advices that go far beyond mere tap-chang\u00ader main\u00adte\u00adnance are becom\u00ading increas\u00ading\u00adly impor\u00adtant. \u201cWe sup\u00adport our cus\u00adtomers over the entire life\u00adcy\u00adcle of their trans\u00adform\u00aders\u201d Uhlmann notes. The ener\u00adgy sec\u00adtor in Cana\u00adda is fac\u00ading the same chal\u00adlenges that are being con\u00adfront\u00aded in the rest of the world: brain drain result\u00ading from demo\u00adgraph\u00adic changes, aging equip\u00adment and, simul\u00adta\u00adne\u00adous\u00adly, con\u00adtin\u00adu\u00ading grid expan\u00adsion due to grow\u00ading ener\u00adgy demand.<\/p>\n

As a result, there will cer\u00adtain\u00adly be more work to do in the future. \u201cWe want to be pre\u00adpared for this\u201d says Uhlmann, not\u00ading that Rein\u00adhausen Cana\u00adda opened a new branch office this year in Edmon\u00adton, in the province of Alber\u00adta, to enable ser\u00advice tech\u00adni\u00adcians to get to cus\u00adtomers faster. Today, Rein\u00adhausen is phys\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly rep\u00adre\u00adsent\u00aded in both east\u00adern and west\u00adern Cana\u00adda and can per\u00adform work across the entire coun\u00adtry even though some of the loca\u00adtions of use are in very remote areas.<\/p>\n

\u201cPeo\u00adple in Europe often have no idea just how large the coun\u00adtry is\u201d Uhlmann points out. \u201cOur ser\u00advice tech\u00adni\u00adcians some\u00adtimes have to trav\u00adel two days just to get to a cus\u00adtomer.\u201d And Rein\u00adhausen Cana\u00adda is also expand\u00ading in terms of per\u00adson\u00adnel: Next year, its team of 14 employ\u00adees will expand to 21.<\/p>\n
