Rein\u00adhausen Thai\u00adland Ltd. is based just out\u00adside the metrop\u00ado\u00adlis of Bangkok. From here, the team pro\u00advides ser\u00advices to the three state-owned ener\u00adgy providers as well as to cus\u00adtomers from the steel and semi\u00adcon\u00adduc\u00adtor con\u00adstruc\u00adtion indus\u00adtries. Dig\u00adi\u00adtal\u00adiza\u00adtion solu\u00adtions from MR are par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar\u00adly in demand.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Togeth\u00ader with Sales Direc\u00adtor and Site Man\u00adag\u00ader Manoch Sang\u00adsu\u00advan, he has now been lead\u00ading the future of Rein\u00adhausen Thai\u00adland Ltd in the Bangkok sub\u00adurbs since Octo\u00adber 2021. \u201cRein\u00adhausen has a good rep\u00adu\u00adta\u00adtion here, and peo\u00adple real\u00adly appre\u00adci\u00adate that we use local staff,\u201d Schad says. For exam\u00adple, we are installing mon\u00adi\u00adtor\u00ading sys\u00adtems,\u201d Schad tells us. This requires man\u00adpow\u00ader: \u201cWe start\u00aded with six peo\u00adple; now we are 13 and still grow\u00ading.\u201d<\/p>\n

EXCITING DEVELOPMENTS<\/h3>\n

Over the last 30 years, the elec\u00adtri\u00adcal grid in Thai\u00adland has been expand\u00ading con\u00adtin\u00adu\u00adous\u00adly, and the ener\u00adgy sup\u00adply is in good con\u00addi\u00adtion. The mar\u00adket is dom\u00adi\u00adnat\u00aded by the three state-owned util\u00adi\u00adties: EGAT for large pow\u00ader plants and the nation\u00adwide trans\u00admis\u00adsion grid, PEA for the nation\u00adwide dis\u00adtri\u00adb\u00adu\u00adtion grid, and MEA for sup\u00adply\u00ading the Bangkok met\u00adro\u00adpol\u00adi\u00adtan region. \u201cWe main\u00adly sup\u00adply them with replace\u00adment parts and sup\u00adport them dur\u00ading emer\u00adgency sit\u00adu\u00ada\u00adtions,\u201d Schad tells us. For oth\u00ader customers\u2014such as pow\u00ader plants or com\u00adpa\u00adnies from the steel con\u00adstruc\u00adtion or semi\u00adcon\u00adduc\u00adtor industry\u2014Reinhausen Thai\u00adland also takes care of main\u00adte\u00adnance and per\u00adforms ser\u00advice calls.<\/p>\n

In Asia, peo\u00adple are more open to tech\u00adni\u00adcal inno\u00adva\u00adtions than in the rest of the world. Accord\u00ading\u00adly, the demand for dig\u00adi\u00adtal solu\u00adtions for mon\u00adi\u00adtor\u00ading plants is high: \u201cLast year, we equipped 66 trans\u00adform\u00aders with our ETOS\u00ae automa\u00adtion solu\u00adtion for just one of the major ener\u00adgy providers. ETOS\u00ae makes it pos\u00adsi\u00adble for cus\u00adtomers to mon\u00adi\u00adtor their equip\u00adment dig\u00adi\u00adtal\u00adly,\u201d Schad explains. While dig\u00adi\u00adtal\u00adiza\u00adtion is on the rise, renew\u00adable ener\u00adgies play a sub\u00ador\u00addi\u00adnate but rapid\u00adly grow\u00ading role. In con\u00adtrast to the Euro\u00adpean mar\u00adket, the share of renew\u00adable ener\u00adgies in Thai\u00adland is cur\u00adrent\u00adly only around 15 per\u00adcent. That is why the gov\u00adern\u00adment is push\u00ading ahead with e\u2011mobility.<\/p>\n

By 2030, 30 per\u00adcent of all vehi\u00adcles sold are to be elec\u00adtric vehi\u00adcles. There\u00adfore, com\u00adpre\u00adhen\u00adsive charg\u00ading points are to be installed. \u201cReg\u00adu\u00adlat\u00aded local grid trans\u00adform\u00aders are need\u00aded to ensure that the grids are fit for this.
