For such approach\u00ades, the ECOTAP\u00ae VPD\u00ae on-load tap-chang\u00ader can be inte\u00adgrat\u00aded into exist\u00ading trans\u00adformer designs with lit\u00adtle effort\u2014no new lines or build\u00adings are required. Replac\u00ading an exist\u00ading unreg\u00adu\u00adlat\u00aded local trans\u00adformer with a reg\u00adu\u00adlat\u00adable one takes about one day. A com\u00adplete line upgrade would take months.<\/p>\n<h3>Increased capacities<\/h3>\n<p>How\u00adev\u00ader, ECOTAP\u00ae VPD\u00ae not only favors the ener\u00adgy turn\u00adaround through its increased absorp\u00adtion capac\u00adi\u00adty for renew\u00adable gen\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtors in the dis\u00adtri\u00adb\u00adu\u00adtion grid.
