The Roy­al Old­ham Hos­pi­tal in Greater Man­ches­ter in Eng­land faced a seri­ous chal­lenge: per­sis­tent volt­age fluc­tu­a­tions were jeop­ar­diz­ing its sen­si­tive med­ical infra­struc­ture.
