At C.a.p.t. in north­ern Italy, it takes just five min­utes to trans­form 45 indi­vid­ual com­po­nents into a fin­ished DT tap chang­er for dis­tri­b­u­tion trans­form­ers. To ensure that max­i­mum reli­a­bil­i­ty is achieved even in a series-man­u­fac­tured prod­uct like this one, the company’s engi­neers have them­selves designed a ful­ly auto­mat­ed pro­duc­tion process. And that includes qual­i­ty test­ing. Ben­e­fit­ing cus­tomers in more than 60 coun­tries. Found­ed in 1972, the com­pa­ny has been part of the Rein­hausen Group since 2013.
